This resource functions as a cost accounting tutorial cum technical reference for management accounting topics using the LCCI syllabus as a structure.
This course is based on the requirements of LCCI International qualifications Management Accounting Level 3. For more information, CLICK HERE.
The objective of this course is to enable candidates to:
Critically analyze information for both short and long term decision making.
Use management accounting information for planning and control of cash and other resources.
Use and interpret performance measures and transfer pricing impact businesses.
Management accounting is a core business skill. Although officially LCCI designed this course for people working in advanced areas of accountancy, I wholly recommend it as a core skill that entrepreneurs and small business owners should have.
On completion you will reach the technical administrator level of competence in management accounting.
Passing this will be one of three exam requirements to attain the LCCI Diploma in Business Studies credential. You can choose to have the qualification titled as the Diploma in Marketing or Cost Accounting or Management Accounting.
